Event: Special Olympics of PA Olympic Village

Venue: Penn State's University Park Campus

Event dates and times: Thurs June 5th   1pm to 4pm  (arrive noon)

                                       Friday June 6th  11am to 3pm (arrive 10am)

                                       Saturday June 7th    10am to 2pm (arrive 9am)

                                       Location is same as last year behind the IM building

Purpose of Event: 

The Olympic Village Venue is where Summer Games athletes relax and participate in non competitive activities between competition. SOPA Summer Games is the largest Special Olympics competition event in PA drawing over 1, 500 athletes to Penn State's University Park Campus to compete over a 3 day span. Event starts June 5th and runs through June 7th.

Venue Setting: Outdoors

Prop Weapons: Only lightsabers

Amenities: Water, Parking, Changing room, POC, Food.

Changing room details: Will be a conference type room with key access to lock up.
