Event: Philly Comics and Cosplay Weekend
Purpose of Event:
Philly Comics and Cosplay Weekend is the two day version of the previously held Philly Comics and Cosplay Day pop culture convention (2016-2019). This event is meant to bring together all walks of life for a weekend of excitement, entertainment, inclusivity, and positivity. The event is taking place on July 12th and 13th. Your group has participated in 2 of our previous events and we would love to have you back!
Venue: University of Pennsylvania or an event space in North Philadelphia (tentative)
Event date: July 12, 2025 and July 13, 2025
Address: 3417 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (1hr and 44 minute drive)
Start time: 11am
End time: 7pm
Venue setting: Indoors
Prop Weapons: Yes
Special Requests: We are looking for to have characters interact with guests and be present for photo ops.
Amenities: Food, Water, Changing Room, POC.
Changing room details: We will provide a VIP room for the group to utilize for changing, breaks, etc.
