Name of Event: Fellowship of Fandom

Purpose of Event:

Pop Culture Convention. Just a side note. If my name Eric Berry sounds familiar, my wife and I are current Garrison Carida members. This will be the first time we are holding our own convention and will hopefully become an annual event. The event time does not give multiple days so to clarify hours would be Fri Oct 10th (Setup only), Sat Oct 11 (9-7) Sun Oct 12 (9-6). We have PLENTY of room!!! So we can go all out. 501st, Rebel Legion, Mandos, R2 builders. We want to have a setting that is very immersive. Being a first year show, there is not a lot of money to go around so we might not be able to get a lot of guests or anything but we think conventions, at least local ones are lacking when it comes to things for attendees to see or do.

Special requests:

Would love to have a few basic stormtroopers. Variety is great too, but nothing says "the Empire is here!" then a bunch of standard shiny white armor. Vader would be great too. Fett is always good.

Amenities: Water, Changing room, POC, parking.

Still working on floor plan for now, but there is a huge amount of space we plan to section off for "staff only" and changing areas.
