Event: 79th Back Mtn Memorial Library Auction

Purpose of Event: 

The Back Mtn Memorial Library Auction is a major fundraiser for the Library. It is in it's 79th year. It is also a community event. It is held over 4 days, but I'm looking at Saturday, July 12 for an appearance.

Venue: Grounds of the Back Mtn Library

Address: 96 Huntsville Road, Dallas, PA  18612 (1hr and 54 minute drive)

Event date: Saturday July 12th 2025

Start time: 6pm

End time: 8pm

Arrival time: 5pm

Venue setting: Outdoors

Prop Weapons: Yes

Special Requests:

I see you have other events scheduled for this day. If you only have one or two characters that would be awesome. If that was the case I would be looking at maybe getting other characters for the night - such as princesses, mascots, etc.

Amenities: Food, Water, Parking, Changing Room, POC

Changing room details: It could be the community room of the library where other auction events are staged, the children's wing (which will be closed) or the staff break room.
